My mom use to give use this as kids when we were in school because she ssid we needed brain food and energy, so I bought it fir a co worker who was very stressed and easily irritated because of emotional issues. She said it made her sleep well and she did not have time to stay up feeling fatigued and stressed. She also says, it made her feel more energetic and she loves it

some say its over price you cant put a price on your life/health
