It’s not too short
I pull a 15 gallon spray tank in a utility trailer behind my lawn tractor. The electrical connection matched perfectly what the pump had installed.I was afraid that the length of the cord was going to be too short after connecting the cable clamps to the battery terminals. However, after pulling the trailer around in every turning scenario- the cable always had enough slack to prevent either end of the cable from pulling loose.For my setup- it would have been better for the fuse box ( which they don’t even mention is included) to have been closer to the electrical connection end rather than the clamp end. But- it works and I don’t have any complaints. This really made the setup easy.
