Best bag for all round use. Airplane carry-on, work-bag, hiking, and general EDC. Well made and has all the pockets in the right places. I've added a molle water bottle carrier on one side. Great quality and will kast for many years. The concealed pocket is excellent for keeping travel docs and air-tickets, without the worry of thieves having a go.

I bought this to use to add weight to for rucking as a cheaper alternative to the goruck bags - it’s very good at that. Also as I want my kit to do multiple jobs I also wanted a general purpose bag to use on hikes and one I could switch out and use to take my stuff to the office. I’d highly recommended this bag. Great size, padding is excellent and the material is much thicker than other bags I’ve got. If this breaks I’m going to be surprised.

Great quality, can never go wrong with 5.11

Great backpack for weighted walking, rucking.

The bag is heavy without anything in it. The back padding is shallow and not at all breathable. The adjustable straps are very tight on the buckle and I worry about snapping the plastic buckles. The buckles would then be very difficult to replace as the anchor points are embedded in the fabric. A really strange design that I didn't notice when looking at reviews of this bag. To be fair, there are lots of good features and the build quality is high, but because of the said flaws, I truly hate this bag. I gave an extra star for the build quality but I would honestly recommend people avoid this bag.
