These are fantastic. They have no waterproofing (only highly absorbent) so need to be used with a waterproof over layer. They work really well in an adult pocket nappy and just one insert can take my full bladder into it with no leaks. I have also used one folded lengthways in a pair of ladies cotton pouch pants, again soaked up a full bladder. They could be used with plastic pants also but I have not tried this. Top product for heavy wetters and far cheaper than constantly buying disposables. Also very soft and comfortable, no itching or irritation. They are quite big and bulky between your legs but it means they can cope with a lot of wetness. I find the pouch pant option more comfortable, discreet and less obvious under clothes than the pocket nappy.

Very useful but would prefer some narrow ones to use in knickers - got these when I found it difficult to find pads that are not full of toxic chemicals including bleech that acutally cause urinary infections.

Excellent quality. I found these absorb quite a lot and am very pleased. However they do take a little drying time but i suppose if you order more that takes care of that critearea

Sadly, even slight spotting goes straight through, so far. But I'll keep these inserts and use them with other products I've got coming, as they are so comfortable. I'm trying to save money and bin space.
