Instantly good polenta.

Great product!
I use polenta quite often and this brand is the best. It’s a little more expensive but well worth it. Also cooks very quickly. So glad to find it through Amazon.

Does not give instructions for small servings
US measurements are not used. Unless I can find recipe using non-metric measurements(and smaller quantities), I won't be able to use the item.Annoying.

Instant Molina polenta
I thought I was going to get. Instant polenta that could be made in small batches. I had to make the entire tube at the same time in fwo large containers. As a result I lost the majority of the product. The English instructions are very limited. I gave a large batch away but they didn't like it. I think froze one container but couldn't thaw small batches.
